Sydney Tepper
A passionate advocate for expanding opportunities for female athletics throughout Idaho. With years of experience in cheerleading and STUNT as both an athlete and coach, she has dedicated her career to developing athletes, building successful programs, and advancing the growth of emerging women’s sports. Recognizing the potential of STUNT to provide additional competitive and collegiate opportunities for female athletes, Sydney has spent years educating coaches, schools, and athletic administrators about the sport.
Sydney’s vision is to establish Idaho as a leader in STUNT while creating sustainable opportunities for female athletes to compete at a high level, pursue collegiate scholarships, and develop lifelong skills. Through ICOSA, she continues to champion the growth of STUNT and empower the next generation of athletes.

Bella SAville
A strong supporter of the organization’s mission to grow STUNT throughout Idaho. With years of experience working with children, Bella brings organization skills, dedication, and a passion for youth development to the ICOSA leadership team.
Her background working closely with athletes and families has given her a deep appreciation for the positive impact that sports can have on confidence, teamwork, leadership, and personal growth. Bella is committed to helping create new opportunities for female athletes across Idaho and is excited to be a part of the effort to introduce and expand STUNT programs statewide.
As Secretary, Bella plays an important role in supporting ICOSA’s operations, communication, and financial organization while helping build a strong foundation for the future of STUNT in Idaho.
