one of the fastest growing female sports in the United states
Created from the athletic components of cheerleading, STUNT removes the crowd-leading elements and focuses entirely on athletic skill, teamwork, and competition.
In STUNT, teams compete head-to-head by performing the same routines at the same time. Officials score each performance based on execution, technique, synchronization, and overall performance. The team with the lowest errors wins the round and earns points toward the overall game victory.
This unique format creates an exciting, fast-paced competition that is easy for athletes, families, and fans to follow.

Over 70 NCAA institutions sponsor STUNT opening over 1,500 roster spots for female-athletes across the coutnry. With NCAA championship status now approved, the future of STUNT has never been brighter.
-
Unlike traditional cheerleading, STUNT features a standardized, head-to-head competition format where both teams perform the same routine at the same time, Officials evaluate execution, technique, timing, and synchronization in real time using objective scoring criteria, creating a fair and transparent competition where every point is earned.
-
STUNT is built on the idea that every athlete contributes to the team’s success. Each quarter highlights different skills, allowing athletes to excel in the areas where they are strongest. Not every athlete needs to master every skill at the highest level. Instead, coaches strategically build routines that showcase each athlete’s strengths, creating a sport where every role is valuable and every teammate has the opportunity to make an impact.
-
STUNT is a scalable sport. Whether your school has 8 athletes or 30, programs can be tailored to fit your enrollment, staffing, and resources. By building around the athletes you have, schools of all sizes can offer a competitive, sustainable program that expands opportunities for female athletes.
